Yoga for the 21st century.

Beginners Yoga six week course commencing on Saturday18th September 2010.

Beginners Meditation course commencing on Sunday19th September. 2010.

Located at the Mind Body Health Centre, Gladstone street, Moonee Ponds.

This course will include introduction to the principles of Yoga, Yoga philosophy and origins, and simple basic postures and breathing exercises.

 

Theory and principles of Pilates will be followed by a progressive practice of the fundamental postures and techniques which lead to increased core strength, iimproved posture, and smooth flowing movement.

This course will include a variety of techniques to achieve a state of meditation with at least two practical exercises per session.
